As the founder of a yoga training program and a marketing and graphic design business, Denise works hard to balance multiple roles, managing social media accounts and helping businesses grow while maintaining a strong presence at home for her three children. Working from home allows her to be the parent she has always aspired to be, showing up fully for her family while continuing to thrive as a leader in both the yoga and business communities.
